THE BIG BANG UK YOUNG SCIENTIST AND ENGINEERS FAIR

 This exciting major event will be held at MOSI and will include:

  • CREST projects at Bronze, Silver and Gold level
  • Young Engineer for Britain
  • Displays from Science/Engineering Clubs
  • Exciting lectures and activities taking place

Further details will be available after the Whitsun holidays, but please make a note in your diaries as we look forward to seeing your CREST projects at this fantastic event.


Manchester Lit and Phil Challenge 
 A Challenge for Tomorrow's Citizen's 
Can our consumer life-style be maintained, and be consistent with keeping the world fed?
 
The Challenge Final was held at the University of Manchester, Chemistry Building on Friday March 13.  The winner - Loreto College.  Well done Loreto!!

A lot of high schools are now holding days for their feeder schools to come in and have a day of science, maths and fun.  STARLAB, clowns etc.  Your own teachers could have science and technology sessions so that the pupils will know a few teachers when they get to the high school.  Again contact us on 0161 295 2602.
