Activity content: suitable for years 1 - 6
Taking approximately one hour sessions throughout the day
 
Excellent as a general introduction to, or as a revision of, many SATs topics.  This session is designed to bring to life some simple physical phenomena through relationships with toys.  Class size of approx 30, and addtional helpers would be required (2 for KS1 and 1 for KS2).
 
 
Making a woodpecker
 
Most importantly the session uses things the children can assocaite with to help them i the aareas of ideas and evdence in science and investigative skills.  The children will be prompted to come up with their own answers as to how each toy really works.
